SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within selected locations in Janakpuri and nearby areas of West Delhi.

Delivery availability may vary based on daily production and route planning.

2. Delivery Timings

Sprouts are delivered fresh on the same day.

Typical delivery window:

Morning to early afternoon, depending on your location.

Delays may occur due to:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Operational constraints

We will inform you if there is a significant delay.

3. Order Cut‑Off Time

Orders placed before the daily cut‑off will be delivered the same day.

Orders placed after the cut‑off may be delivered the next day.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order.

Some areas may have minimum order requirements.

5. Packaging

All sprouts are packed in clean, food‑grade containers to maintain freshness and hygiene during transit.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• We will attempt to contact you

• If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be marked as delivered or rescheduled based on feasibility

Since sprouts are perishable, no refunds are provided for failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
